General returns will not be accepted. State law prohibits us from accepting returns of this product unless it is defective. To obtain service under the warranty, please call 650-272-6833 or email us at info@theazemi.com to obtain a return authorization number as well as instructions on how to return the defective product. You will be required to provide proof of purchase with the return as well as a check made out to The Azemi Brand to cover shipping and handling ($15 within continental U.S., $30 outside of continental U.S.) and a brief description of the defect. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outer packaging when returning the item. A replacement unit of equal value will be made available in the event the original is not available. 

This appliance has a limited 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in workmanship or materials, if properly used and cared for. This unit has been quality inspected prior to shipping. THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID: (1) IF THE PRODUCT IS REGISTERED WITH THE AZEMI BRAND WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PURCHASE (2) IF THE PRODUCT IS PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED SELLER OF THE AZEMI BRAND (3) IF THE ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBERS ON THE PRODUCT HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED OR OTHERWISE TAMPERED WITH.

Please register your product using the warranty registration page at www.theazemi.com. Keep a copy of the completed warranty and proof of purchase in a safe place. This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear; shorts in the power supply, cord or plug; damage due to misuse and/or abuse including but not limited to failing to properly clean and care for the appliance, failure to strictly follow instructions and all safety  precautions outlined, damaging the cord, tampering such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party, water damage and damage due to excessive liquid product exposure. 

The distributor and manufacturer disclaim any responsibilities for damage caused to property or persons by the appliance, use, maintenance or storage of the appliance. The Distributor and Manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period set forth above. Distributor neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for the company any other liability in connection with the sole or use of this product. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, except as listed above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply
