RETURN & REPAIR POLICY
General returns will not be accepted. State law prohibits us from accepting returns of this product unless it is defective. To obtain service under the warranty, please call 650-381-9672 or email us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number as well as instructions on how to return the defective product. You will be required to provide proof of purchase with the return as well as a check made out to The Azemi Brand to cover shipping and handling ($15 within continental U.S., $30 outside of continental U.S.) and a brief description of the defect. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outer packaging when returning the item. A replacement unit of equal value will be made available in the event the original is not available.
